Dr. Yue LiBio Dr. Yue Li, M.D., Ph.D., Chief physician, professor, doctoral supervisor, the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (HMU), majoring in cardiovascular diseases. As a cardiovascular interventionist, Dr. Yue Li has invented a few techniques to solve major difficulties in the treatment of coronary chronic total occlusion.
