Webinar Highlights: Dialogue Between Chinese and Foreign Experts - Beta-Blockers: Clinical Value in Coronary Artery Disease
The fifth session of the 2026 Asian Cardiovascular Disease Series of Web Seminars was successfully held on June 15, 2026, from 19:00 to 20:30 Beijing Time, bringing together a distinguished panel of experts from China and Europe for an in-depth dialogue on the clinical value of beta-blockers in coronary artery disease management.
The webinar was chaired by Prof. Xiaofan Wu (CN), who opened the session with welcoming remarks. The program featured two keynote presentations. Prof. Stefano Taddei (IT) delivered an insightful lecture titled "The Clinical Value of Beta-Blockers in the Management of Coronary Artery Disease," while Prof. Chao Fang (CN) followed with a comprehensive overview of "Interpretation of Beta-Blocker Related Studies and Guidelines from the 2025 ESC Congress."
A dedicated panel discussion enriched the dialogue, featuring valuable perspectives from Prof. Jian Wu (CN) and Prof. Bo Zheng (CN). The event concluded with closing remarks delivered by Prof. Xiaofan Wu, who encapsulated the key takeaways from this cross-border collaboration.
